Paid enrollment is not open. Sale details will be completed before payment is accepted.

Course scope

Every academy course includes twelve modules: six core modules with narrated videos, captions, transcripts and checkpoints, followed by six expanded practice modules. Each includes eight labs, two projects, a capstone, a final knowledge assessment and downloadable practice materials. Agent Foundations includes six additional narrated practice demonstrations and five fixed workflow simulations. The other seven courses use written expanded practice units. Each course has a free first lesson. Individual enrollment costs $349 USD and includes only the purchased course. The complete academy bundle costs $849 USD and includes all eight currently listed courses (54 videos: 48 core lessons and six Agent Foundations practice demonstrations), with their course materials. Future courses are not included. These are one-time payments, with no recurring subscription. Separate courses are not automatically included in an individual Agent Foundations enrollment. The lab and Python script are deterministic demonstrations, not live AI agents. No instructor support, accredited certification, or job placement is included.

The AI Agent course includes a local Python prototype with an offline demonstration and an optional model-backed mode. Live mode requires the student’s own provider account and may incur separate provider charges; the academy does not run these model calls. Course progress records require module checkpoints and a self-reported project checklist. It is not a proctored or accredited credential.

Seller and contact

Learnvoriq Academy

A support contact will be published before enrollment opens.

Refund policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting the student support email published on this page and providing your receipt or payment reference. Requests received within the window qualify for a full refund. A full refund revokes paid course access. Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method; your bank controls when the credit appears.

Payments and access

When enrollment opens, Stripe handles checkout. Your signed-in ChatGPT account is linked to the payment session. The course grants access only after server-side payment verification. Full refunds or disputes can revoke access. The course does not receive your full card details.

Access is to this hosted course while it is operated. No lifetime-access promise is made. The one-time price and available enrollment status are shown on the course page.

Expanded practice edition

Each of the eight courses includes six additional written practice modules, eight guided labs, two smaller projects, a capstone, a twelve-question server-scored final assessment, worked solutions, case data, templates and a standard-library Python starter. These extend the existing six core modules to twelve modules per course. The 48 existing core videos remain available across the academy; six additional narrated practice demonstrations are available for Agent Foundations. The other seven courses have written practice units. A 12–20 hour study allocation includes deliberate practice and project work, and is a planning estimate rather than a measured completion time. No claim of 3–5 hours of video per course is made.

Self-review rubric scores, lab checklists and assessment results are stored in your signed-in account. Worksheet notes and project text are saved only if you enable optional cloud saving; otherwise keep project reports offline. Lab and project completion is self-reported; no instructor grading is included. Final knowledge questions are scored by the server, with best scores retained. The original six-module completion record remains specific to the core course; expanded completion additionally requires the core checkpoints, new practice units, project self-review and final assessment. No accredited credential or independent verification is implied.

Optional career-support services

Resume, LinkedIn, career coaching, interview preparation, project/portfolio review and job-search strategy are available only through scheduled calls or appointments, subject to team availability. Every career package requires an additional fee separate from individual course or bundle enrollment. Packages range from $1,050 to $1,800 USD. Students may pay in full or choose three equal monthly payments at the same total price, with no added installment fee. The first payment is required before appointment confirmation; the next two payments are due one and two calendar months later, on the dates listed in the quote. The plan ends after three payments and does not renew. Work is delivered in agreed stages as payments become due. Submitting a request does not confirm a booking, purchase a service or authorize a charge. The website prepares a fixed package quote from the selected scope and the owner’s published cancellation/refund policy. You must accept the quote, package scope and payment schedule, then pay in full or pay the first installment before a private scheduling link is issued or any service is delivered. Session duration, delivery stages and cancellation/refund terms are supplied in the written quote before acceptance. When online payments are activated, Stripe collects the first payment and automatically bills exactly two further installments to your saved payment method with your explicit authorization. No ongoing subscription is created. Dates are fixed from the first successful payment in UTC; month-end dates are clamped to the last day of the month. A failed payment pauses further service scheduling. Refunds and disputes require team review; unpaid future invoices are stopped when a refund or dispute is detected. Existing calendar reservations may need team cancellation. The cancellation/refund policy included in your accepted career quote applies to that package. Contact support for paid-package cancellation, refunds or rescheduling. No employment, interview, salary or other career outcome is guaranteed.

Your signed-in account identifier, email, chosen service, goals, preferred time and time zone are stored for the academy team to manage your request. Package selections, payment preferences and schedules, quotes, acceptance, confirmation details and the team’s payment-verification record are also stored. Meeting links are visible only to the requesting student and academy owner. No resume upload is required. Do not submit private documents, credentials or employer-confidential material. Updates appear in your appointment dashboard. After activation, Stripe processes payments and receipts and Calendly handles booking confirmations, meeting details and invitations according to the team’s provider settings. Their email delivery is not guaranteed. Payment reference IDs, consent evidence, the finite installment schedule and calendar-event references are stored to fulfill the contract and resolve billing issues. Your email and booking details are shared with Calendly when you use a scheduling link. Payment and scheduling providers maintain their own records under their privacy policies.

Learner feedback and course development

Signed-in learners can submit structured course feedback about clarity, confidence, activity outcomes and problem categories. Preview responses cover the first lesson; enrolled responses are labeled separately. The latest response per account and course replaces the earlier one. Feedback is private to the academy team, linked to the account identifier without duplicating email, excluded from encrypted recovery snapshots, and eligible for deletion after 90 days through retention cleanup or sooner through learning-data deletion. It is not a public testimonial or an independently verified course rating. New Python, Power BI and SQL curricula remain owner-review drafts and are not included in the current eight-course bundle. Written workshops and self-review rubrics do not constitute instructor grading or accredited certification.

Private beginner pilot

Invited beginners may claim temporary Agent Foundations access for 14 days. Invitation links are private, single use and revocable. Pilot feedback is linked to the participant’s signed-in account; new feedback does not duplicate the email and is visible to the academy owner. It is used to improve course instructions and usability. Do not include confidential information. Trial access does not grant other courses, a bundle or a paid enrollment. Feedback is eligible for deletion after 90 days through the retention cleanup process, or sooner through learning-data deletion.

Privacy

Open privacy controls, data inventory and retention details. Export your academy records, clear optional text, delete saved learning data or record a broader erasure/correction request. These controls do not erase separate provider records, logs or backups. Essential records may be included in encrypted recovery snapshots; optional learning text is excluded. Recovery copies are subject to the retention and deletion-ledger rules in the privacy controls. Security and certification status.

Sign-in supplies an account identifier and email address. The course uses your account identifier to store module progress, quiz scores, capstone checkboxes, and enrollment records. Your email is used for sign-in display and sent to Stripe when you start checkout. Submitted course progress is stored in the course database. New worksheet notes and project text are stored only if optional cloud saving is enabled. Notes are linked to your account and course. Do not save sensitive information.

Practice scenarios use preset fictional information. The lab does not upload company documents or run a live AI model. Do not enter confidential records or credentials into practice materials. A name entered for a completion record is used to render that record.

No advertising trackers or marketing mailing list are included. Stripe and ChatGPT have their own account and privacy policies. When the support contact is available, use it to ask about your course records or access.

Use of course materials

Course access and downloads are for your own learning. You may adapt the provided project templates for your own practice and portfolio. Redistribution or resale of the course materials is not included.
